SUPER TUESDAY INDEED!!

I don't know how it happened. It all started with coming home Sunday evening after worship. Turned the television on, I will admit mostly due to my children (6, and 9) saying Alicia Keys would be singing in the Super Bowl. There was a few minutes left in the 2nd period. "Mom can you change the channel...please?!!??" Hold on a minute (was really already hooked). To my amazement no Alicia, "No we saw her earlier." OHHH!.

Well, time for bed, Goodnight!!

From the 3rd period on I was HOOKED!!! I screamed, covered my mouth, folded my arms, bounced on the couch. My chest tightened several times, I felt like I was on rollercoaster. I was exhausted by the time the Patriot's coach left the field. Hmm, that was a bit rude.

I was texting back and forth to David (he was watching on a Big Screen) and my sister (she was watching 'Meet the Fockers', go figure).

Then today, Super Tuesday. I actually wasn't feeling very well, and was in my room. I turned on the television to see crowds upon crowds of New Yorkers waiting for their heroes to arrive. Perhaps I might get a glimpse of my husband and son (yes they went!!! History in the making). The newscasters kept commenting on the feel of the crowd and how contagious it was. They were right, even viewing from home, I felt the love and support for the NEW YORK GIANTS-Go Big Blue. Michael Strahan was great, and Eli Manning was very humble. Great job to both of these gentlemen, and all of the players and coaches. I even watched when they were at the Giants' Stadium. Of course now the high of the parade is starting to wear off...maybe when "the boys" come in they'll perk things back up!!

Well whether or not your a Giants fan. I hope you remembered to do your civic duty (if applicable)??!!! Polls close at 9 (NYC).
